Lila Proudfoot was unlike other hobbits. WHile many wanted to stay in there homes she wanted adventure, even when she was little she would pretend she was on an adventure through middle earth. But she had always resided in the Shire probabley doomed to be there her whole life. She sighed and put down the quill she was using to write with. She looked at the writing in her small, leather-bound diary and looked again at the trees. She found them calming. She pat the roots of one which she was sitting in. She breathed in before standing up. She was short, normal size of that of a hobbit.
(I feel like Roleplaying with meself since no one is on. You may introduce characters later though)

Linwë Culnámo was lurking in the shadows of the forest, her hood pulled back enough to see her eyes but nothing more. She had seen the young hobbit and looked strangely. She knew very little of hobbits, but knew enough to distinguish one from a group. Linwë knew the hobbit was of no harm. She merged from the shadows like a giant cat, her grace and strength showing in her walk. She pulled her hood down so she would not scare the hobbit. She tucked a strand of hair behind her ear and took a deep breath from her pipe.

Lila took a step back, she had not even seen this dirty person lurking. She knew that they must not have washed recently for her clothes were ripped and torn in most spots but still she was covered in layers of leather and cloth. She had no weapon to defend her self. She just took a deep breath. The air seemed cooler now and by looking at the sky she could see it was getting darker.

Linwë raised her hands, "I am of no harm, little one." She said and then looked around, I am here to rest, to relax. I have traveled many miles." She put her hands down but made sure they were still visable. But she had just relised that the hobbit was staring at her ears. She nodded, "Yes, I am a half-elf." She chuckled, then clicked her tongue.

Tári Nólatári astride Ranger, walked through the forest. Forests always seemed to welcome her, the wind graseing accross her cheek she smiled. Hearing voices she stopped ranger quickly, she snaped the rains back too quickly, Ranger stopped but turned his head to stare reprochfully at Tári. She bent down to pat his neck, "sorry boy," she mermered.

Lila took a tentive step foward, still wary. She felt so small compared to the woman but looked firmly, "And who may I ask are you?" She gave a slight laugh as she pointed her quill at the Ranger. Her fear disappering as quickly as it had arrived. "I am Lila Proudfoot of the Shire."

"Shh!" Linwë said turning towards the deeper, denser woods. "I fear we are not alone." THe hobbit looked at her like she was crazy. She had not heard anything. The ranger stepped deeper into the woods, sword raised.
((Do they know each other right now?))

OCC: sure. it would be weird if they meet two times.
IC: Ranger reared, pawing the air to ward off the stranger with the sword. Tári was already off balance, and was trown backwards off Ranger. She landed heavily on her right arm and lay there breathing hard the wind nocked out of her. Ranger now reconosed the other ranger and stood prancing in place, he was not going to let Linwë near, he knew she was untrustworthly!

"Ranger? Tari?" She spoke softly to the earth, not sure that anyone was even there. She lowered her sword and put it back in it's sheath. It's blade was a shining silver.
Lila stared at the back of Linwë she wasn't sure whether to trust this person but she would anyways, she heard that the ranger was saying name so decided that they must know each other.

Tári slowly sat up and tested her arm, it was sore but not broken or fractured. Tári heard her name called and bent to the left to look around Ranger, who snorted, Tári's face broke into a big grin, "Linwë! move Ranger, she ment no harm." Tári spoke to her horse, Ranger moved to the side, he saw the ranger's attractive mare and arched his neck. Tári scrambled to get up to greet Linwë.

Linwë grasped for Tari's arm to pull her up, "Quite a spill you took. Scared me here though." She gave a chuckle, "I suppose Ranger see's Lundi?" She laughed. She returned the grin of the younger elf.
Lila stood back and watched, the two obviously knew each other. She turned around to go home, there would be no adventures for this hobbit.
"Lila! Come back here!" The ranger yelled, she didn't want the hobbit to go running of to who-knows-where.

Tári took the offered arm and stood up, and smiled at Ranger who now had trown up his head trying to inpress Lundi, but not with great success. Tári looked on to see a hobbit and tilted her head questionally at Linwë, asking a silent question. Tári tested her arm again and grimished as the musles screamed it would start to burse soon, did her horse have to show off all the time?

Linwë raised her eyebrows as if to say, 'I just met her,'. She smiled as the hobbit walked over slightly, "Tari, this is Lila Proudfoot of the Shire. And by the way, my name is Linwë." SHe grinned and ruffled the hobbits hair playfully.
Lila shook her head, she was not a child, a tween maybe. But no child. She looked at Tari and then at Linwë, they had such odd names. Well, at least odd for hobbits.

Tári smiled at Lila, "ngwa ceri le ceri?"(how do you do?) she loved to tease people when she was almost sure that they didn't know Elfish. Tári turned back to Ranger and her pack, and took out a water pack, she handed it to Linwë handing it to her,"nueoht"(thanks).

LIla looked at her with a confused look, "I'm sorry, I do not speak Elvish.."She felt wierd now. She couldn't even speak there tongue.
"Tári,avo no-foeg(Don't be mean). Speak words that the hobbit can hear to." SHe nudged her friend, and took the canteen, she grinned and then called over Lundi. The mare trotted over, trying to look elegant for Ranger. She rolled her eyes and then told the mare in elvish to go see Ranger.
Lila laughed a the show-offy horses. She almost considered bring over ehr pony. She could actually ride her pony but no bigger and definantly not a horse. 'Ah what the heck', she thought and clucked her toungue to see a short little black and white pony climbing over the hill.

Tári smiled sheepishly,"Sorry Lila" She rolled her eyes at the horses. Tári smiled bigger when she saw the pony 'he's/she's so cute' she thought. Tári addresed Lila,"who's this?" she asked in not a 'oh he's so cute and little' way but as a equal.

Lila grinned, "This is my all time companion, Stouthoof." She looked sheepishly at the name, "My father named him." She patted the sturdy mount as he decided her hair might taste good.
Linwe bowed, "It is nice to meet you, Master Stouthoof." SHe was happier know that her friend wasn't pulling pranks on the poor hobbit. But if felt like they knew each other fairly well so the mood was light and joking.

Aracia listened on their conversation quietly in the tree. The ranger hadn't slept for days and was resting quietly. She was wrapped in a elven cloak that blended with the trees, remaining unseen. Damien rested in the trees nearbye, but soon got up and walked into the clearing to eat. Aracia thought nothing of it. She didn't think the people would do harm to a Nazgul horse.

"Sh." She saw the horse, but she that there was something abou tit that did not seem right. She wrinkled her nose and took a step towards the all black horse. She knocked an arrow into her bow and pointed it in the bushes and then looked around. THe bow following her movements.
Lila looked at the horse and feel that Stouthoof was walking away, scared of this other much larger horse.

Aracia whistled lowly waiting for Damien to come. She lazily moved up further in the tree.
